GROUP PAYMENT INFORMATION
 
CCCR shall establish a master account for Group for those charges set forth herein which are to be paid by Group and for any other charges specifically authorized by the Group (the “Master Account”), subject only to objective standards of creditworthiness.  All hotel room taxes and incidental charges are to be billed on an individual guest basis, with the exception of those specified to be applied to the Master Account. Direct billing of the Master Account is subject to prior credit approval; otherwise advance payment will be required.  Authorized Group food and beverage charges are to be billed to the Master Account. Attrition and cancellation charges will be billed to the Master Account.  At least three (3) weeks prior to the Event, Group must provide to CCCR the Master Account billing instruction, which shall include the following: (i) the names of those individuals authorized to sign for charges to the Master Account; and (ii) the names of the individuals whose room charges are to be billed to the Master Account and what charges may be billed.
 
Your Event is not considered confirmed until payment information and a signed Agreement is received. If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, your event date(s) will be cancelled and released.
 
 
MINOR POLICY
 
Minors, defined as anyone under the age of 21, are not allowed on the casino floor or in the Spa at any time.  In addition, minors are not permitted to attend any entertainment venues, special events, meetings or conferences.  In all other areas of the Resort, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times and are not to be unattended at any time or for any reason.  Minors cannot book a hotel stay.
